By purchasing, accessing, or using any course, coaching program, membership, digital download, audio, video, worksheet, meditation, workbook, live training, or other material provided by Manifestation Academy, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Educational Purposes Only

All content is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing contained within Manifestation Academy constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, psychological, or mental health advice.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

No Guarantee of Results

Manifestation, coaching, personal development, and education involve countless variables outside our control.

Every individual is different, and we make no guarantees regarding financial success, relationships, business outcomes, health, personal transformation, or manifestation results.

Intellectual Property

All materials—including videos, audio recordings, meditations, worksheets, presentations, written materials, downloads, graphics, exercises, coaching methods, frameworks, and proprietary teachings—are the exclusive intellectual property of Manifestation Academy unless otherwise noted.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, share, publish, upload, teach, sell, modify, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any portion of these materials for commercial or educational purposes without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law. Manifestation Academy actively protects its intellectual property rights.

Account Access

Your account is licensed to one individual only.

Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access purchased materials is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Responsible Space

Manifestation Academy is committed to maintaining a responsible space rather than promising a "safe space."

Safety is experienced differently by every individual and cannot be guaranteed. Responsibility, however, can be expected.

Every participant is expected to take 100% responsibility for:

• Their words

• Their actions

• Their communication

• Their behavior

• Their emotional regulation

• Their impact on others

Members are expected to communicate honestly, respectfully, and with integrity.

We encourage curiosity over judgment, accountability over blame, and respectful disagreement over personal attacks.

Healthy discussion is welcome. Disrespect is not.

Community Conduct

The following behaviors are prohibited and may result in immediate removal from any course, coaching program, membership, event, or community without refund:

• Harassment of any kind

• Sexual harassment

• Bullying or intimidation

• Hate speech

• Threats or abusive conduct

• Racism

• Ethnic discrimination

• Religious discrimination

• Age discrimination

• Sex or gender discrimination

• Disability discrimination

• Discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity

• Personal attacks

• Doxxing or sharing another person's private information

• Repeated disruptive or hostile behavior

• Conduct that materially interferes with the learning experience of others

This list is illustrative and not exhaustive.

Manifestation Academy reserves the sole discretion to determine whether conduct is inconsistent with the values and expectations of the Academy and may suspend or permanently terminate access at any time without prior warning.

Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment plans are legally binding agreements. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access and may be subject to collection efforts where permitted by law.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Manifestation Academy maintains a strict no-refund policy. Because immediate access is provided to proprietary educational materials, digital products, coaching frameworks, and intellectual property, no refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after purchase, regardless of usage, completion, satisfaction, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or results achieved.

The only exception is where a refund is required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manifestation Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in or use of our products or services.

Changes

Manifestation Academy reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Academy constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Manifestation Academy operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Acceptance

By purchasing or accessing any Manifestation Academy product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
